This artwork is inspired by Genesis 19:26. It is a reminder not to look back to where God delivered us from. Since Sodom is a place known for its carnal desires, the original painting used to depict a nude man with an erection. For the sake of my renewed and strengthened desire to glorify God, I decided to crop the image and focus on the scene where the figure looked back and turned into a pillar of salt.
The original uncropped painting is sold. For art prints, the design is printed on 8x10" landscape-oriented matte-finish paper. Will be signed in front of or in the back of the print upon request. Just leave a buyer's note if you want me to sign this print or any print you want to collect.
